I worked with Dianna Hensley and her team on a situation involving a hazmat load.  One of the things she said during our initial contact was, we try really hard to not say No to people.  Let me tell you something, I sent in a mess of a load/trailer.  They cleaned up the mess, repackaged product and even gave our driver some tips on caring for his trailer after he was able to finally offload his product. These guys are top notch!!  Fast service, offer to help with whatever you need loaded and take their time to ensure your picking up exactly what you came for. The young lady behind the glass (can’t remember her name) is always on her A game. She knows what’s coming and what’s going. I've delivered to many warehouses, and Cardinal is by far one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment we arrived, Diana greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process, making everything easy and stress-free.

Her partner was also outstanding—efficient, helpful, and great to work with. It's not often you find a warehouse team that makes drivers feel so welcome and respected.

The staff got me in and out i had a 11 a.m appointment the warehouse guy multi-task and got me and the other driver in and out and the lady i spoked with when i get in was very helpful and did what she needed to do to get me in and out . Great experience
